The Good News Club is the heart of our ministry. Clubs meet once a week (usually during the school year) in homes, churches, schools and communities for 60 or 90 minutes to hear the Gospel through dynamic Bible lessons, active songs, bible verses, real and inspiring missionary stories and fun games.
During the summer children gather in yards, parks and other locations for five consecutive days to hear Bible lessons, a missionary story and join in exciting games and activities. The Gospel is clearly presented.
Our annual Easter Fair is held during the Easter season. We invite families to bring along their children to have a time of fun and frolic while being evangelized. Some of the activities that we have during our fair are bouncing castle rides, face painting, egg dyeing, egg hunt, puppet shows, races, surprise dips and other fun activities.
Children love to be invited to parties and they love to bring their friends along. A party club brings the message of salvation to the children through a theme based story or lesson combined with the fun of a party. Usually, party clubs are held during Valentines, Easter and Christmas (Christmas Across Dominica).
Kiddies Krusade can be held anytime through out the year. The program runs for one and a half to two hours, for three to five consecutive days. The local church plans and coordinates this event. A team from CEF trains children’s workers and assists with the Kiddies Krusade.
